	This is divided into four sections:

		1 Settings and Options

		edit signature
		edit email & password
		edit profile - custom user title, date of birth,
		home page URL, instant messaging, biography,
		location, interests, occupation
		edit options - invisible mode, vCard download,
		receive email from members and managers,
		thread subscriptions,
		private message notification, thread display options,
		date and time settings, message editor interfaces.

		2 Private Messages

		list messages - storage space, delete private messages,
		mark as read and unread, move private messages
		to another folder, download private messages,
		send new message
		track message - read-receipts
		edit folders - create custom folders
		for your private messages.

		3 Subscribed Threads
	
		list subscriptions - view all your subscribed threads,
		change your subscription settings

		edit folders - create, delete or rename folders
		for your subscribed threads
