Participating Sites The Pleasure Dome; A Home For Writers The Pleasure Dome, Dome1 was the first site on the UK MSN network. In six years it has grown into a vibrant community of over 1400 members, which offers writing tuition, discussion, personal and professional support to anyone who keeps our primary rule of 'kindness to all members'. Dome 2
Dome2 is a development of Dome1. We felt that a more sophisticated and independent website which we could control ourselvers was needed. Members donated over £1,250 to set the site up and Bil Luther, a poet and software designer built the site for us as a donation. It's almost complete and we hope to open it soon for general membership. Until then, anyone who wants to join can do so by donating a small sum to our 'building fund'. Felix Dennis, the poet and publisher is the Patron of Dome2 and he donated a generous sum to the building fund. Home Page Sensitize Sensitize, inspired by the song Sensitize by That Petrol Emotion, is an 18+ online community of Artists, Creative People, Filmakers, Graphic Design Artists, Media Producers and Writers. Sensitize is managed by Louis Burns;- Actor, Community Art's Activist, Producer and Writer... It is the goal of Sensitize to get its members working on Collaborative Art's projects, with an aim to putting these out in the Public Domain... The hope is that as more and more creatively minded people switch to working online, we can assist them with their projects or simply provide a friendly atmosphere where they can enjoy some quality time with other arty types... Interaction on our message boards provides a place for creatively minded people to share ideas, and maybe re-animate themselves if they're going through creative blocks. Comedy and music are key features in Sensitize and widely encouraged as a means of releasing creatively minded people from the stresses of everyday life... The emphasis is on honest, but constructive, feedback that aims to help all participants improve their art as Writers.
